At VersaTails, we care about delivering comfort to your dog as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.
Shipping Coverage

VersaTails ships to addresses within the United States only.

Orders can be delivered to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii.

Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary for Alaska, Hawaii.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship through UPS. All orders include a tracking number provided by email once the package is on its way.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping All VersaTails Dog Beds qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States. For orders consisting solely of accessories, or for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping times are typically 2–5 business days once the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or peak-season congestion. VersaTails is not liable for delays caused by such events.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. VersaTails is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to international addresses outside the United States.

We currently provide reliable standard shipping only, ensuring every order is handled with care and delivered within our estimated timeframe.
Tracking & Delivery

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery confirmation will be determined by the carrier’s tracking system. VersaTails is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@versatails.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you and UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
