Physical flaws in the foam, such as cracking or splitting, that occur despite proper handling.

Layer Adhesion

Failure of the foam layers to remain bonded together.

What’s Not Covered

Normal Wear & Tear: Natural fading, pilling, or wear on the outer cover and bolsters from regular use.

Pet Damage: Damage from chewing, digging, scratching, or tearing.

Improper Care: Damage from washing the foam core, accidents, or use of harsh cleaning chemicals.

The Small Letters

This warranty provides for a one-time replacement per bed.

This promise is available to the original purchaser only.

Valid for beds located in the continental U.S.

Our Simple & Fair Claims Process

Submit Order Details

Email our support team with your original order number and the issue.

Provide Visual Proof

Attach a few clear photos and videos of the defect. This helps us assess the issue quickly without requiring you to ship the product back.

Step 3

Claim Approval & Replacement

Our team will review your claim. If approved, we will ship you a new replacement orthopedic mattress core, free of charge.

Proper care is the best way to ensure your VersaTails bed provides years of support. While the cover is fully machine washable, the orthopedic foam core should never get wet.
