Quick Spot Cleaning

Use a clean, damp cloth to gently blot fresh stains like drool, food, or mud. For tougher spots, use a small amount of mild, pet-safe detergent or a baby wipe.
No Rubbing
No Rubbing Blot gently, don’t scrub, so the stain doesn’t set deeper into the fabric.
Rinse & Air Dry
Wipe again with a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue. Let the area air dry fully before letting your pup back on.
Deep Cleaning
Recommended Every 1–2 Weeks or As Needed
Remove the Cover
Unzip and take it off gently.
Pre-Treat Stains (If Needed)
Spot clean any visible stains using the steps above before tossing it into the wash.
Machine Wash
Wash separately to prevent color from bleeding from the fabric.
Water Temp: Cold water only (max 30°C / 86°F)
Detergent: Mild and pet-safe
Cycle: Gentle or delicate
No bleach or fabric softener, they can break down the fabric and waterproof lining
Drying
Air drythe bed cover in a well-ventilated area.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron: High heat can damage the waterproof lining and fabric.
Mattress Liner Cleaning
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
What to Do If the Mattress Gets Wet
Accidents happen! Here's how to handle it if the bed gets wet - no stress.
Unzip & Check
Remove the outer cover. If the liner is dry inside, no action is needed.
Wipe & Air Dry
If the liner is wet, towel it off and let it air dry fully.
Foam Wet? Act Fast
If water reaches the foam, press gently with towels to absorb. Air dry with fans. Avoid direct sun.
Optional: Odor Control
Sprinkle baking soda on foam, let sit for a few hours, then vacuum.
Reassemble When Dry
Only re-cover when the foam and liner are completely dry.

Vacuum Weekly: Regular brushing or vacuuming helps keep the bed clean longer
Sick or Sensitive Pets? Wash more often if your dog has allergies or skin conditions
Store Smart: Only store the cover when it’s completely dry to avoid mold or mildew
