When does my order ship?

Immediately! We do not wait for the payments to clear. Shop Pay pays us upfront, so we ship your order within our standard 1-2 business day window. Your dog gets their bed now; you pay later.

Is there really no interest?

Correct. The "Pay in 4" plan is completely interest-free. There are no hidden fees, late fees, or surprises. You pay the exact cost of the order divided by four.

When is the first payment due?

Your first payment (25% of the total) is due at checkout. The remaining three payments are automatically charged to your card every two weeks.

What if I need to return the bed?

Our standard 30-Day Return Policy and 1-Year No-Flatten Warranty still apply. If your return is eligible, we refund Shop Pay, and they handle the refund to you.
- If you have paid in full: You get a full refund to your original payment method.

- If you are still making payments: You will be refunded for what you have paid so far, and future payments will be cancelled.

Can I pay off my balance early?

Yes! You can log into your Shop Pay account at any time to pay off the remaining balance early. There are no penalties or fees for doing so.
