FAQs

Will it arrive before December 25?

Order by December 10 and it will. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and UPS delivery runs 2 to 5 business days after that, with extra room built in for peak season congestion. Ordering earlier is always safer than ordering on the 10th.

Can you ship it straight to them?

Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and your own as the billing address.

Will they see what it cost?

No pricing appears on the outside of the package.

What if the size is wrong?

Ask them not to unseal the vacuum packed mattress until they have checked the fit. While the mattress is still sealed and the packaging is intact, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a return authorization. Return shipping on a size change is paid by the customer. Once the mattress has been unsealed we cannot accept it back, for hygiene reasons. If you would rather not carry that risk at all, send a gift card and let them pick.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email support@versatails.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Return shipping is on us for anything defective or damaged in transit.

What if I have missed the cutoff?

Send the gift card. It is delivered by email, so it can land on the morning of the twenty fifth.
