Since you are part of our exclusive VIP pack, we like to keep things personal. 
Whenever your video is ready, simply attach the file and email it directly to support@versatails.com. Please use the subject line "VIP Video Submission" and include your original order number so we can quickly find your account. 

By emailing us your footage, you happily give VersaTails permission to show off your pup on our website, social media, and ads. Once your video gets an official approval from our team, we will reply to confirm your color choice and get your free extra cover shipped out!
