Order by December 10. Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, and UPS delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after that. Earlier is always safer.
Is it worth the price?
It is the question buyers tell us almost stopped them. A Large works out to about a dollar a night over its first year. The foam is backed by the 1-Year No-Flatten Warranty, and the cover comes off for the washing machine, so the bed is built to be kept, not replaced every year.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog lying stretched out, from the nose to the base of the tail, then take the Sleep Test Quiz or check the size guide, which turn that number into a size.
Is an orthopedic bed hard?
No. It is soft on top and supportive underneath. The top two layers are memory foam that cushions the body, and the high-resilience base gives steady support so the bed does not bottom out.
How does the holiday pricing work?

What if the size is wrong?
Open the outer cover first and leave the vacuum-sealed mattress closed until you are sure of the fit. While the mattress is still sealed and in its original box, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Return shipping for a size change is paid by the customer.
